Utility Assistance

Utility Assistance is an information and referral hotline to assist people in resolving a home heating and energy crisis.

The Utility Assistance program acts as a single point of contact for the many governmental, private, and charitable funds that are available to address energy and related needs.

We can also provide information to assist you with weatherization and energy conservation for your home.

Call 844-360-4372, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Weekends and evenings calls are received either by Crisis Services at 800-292-3866 or via an electronic answering machine, with a 24 – 48 hour response-to-call return policy.

Center for Community Resources is an integrated point of contact for individuals and families who are in need of referrals and resources, and assists them to navigate the human services system.
