Certified Peer Support
CPS is a specialized service that is led and driven by peers who have overcame barriers to achieve recovery. They have lived experiences that will help guide you to meet the goals that you have identified.
What to Expect
Service Process:
Peer groups meet at least once every 30 days while you have identified goals.
Your peers will help you create and review personalized goals every six months.
You will work to develop life and coping skills to achieve goals.
Establish connections with natural supports.
Your peers will help you identify barriers to achieving goals.
You will be educated on harm reduction.
Your peers can provide you with support while in a social setting.
Requirements for service:
A referral from a licensed practitioner and have either mental health or D&A problems listed.
