Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Supports Coordination

For children and adults who have been diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, our supports coordination is a well-known and well-respected program that helps with locating, coordinating and monitoring services that improve the quality of their lives.

Adult Autism Waiver

Center for Community Resources provides supports to locate, coordinate and monitor services for individuals, 21 years of age and older, who are living with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. To be placed on the interest list call 866-539-7689.

24 Hour Crisis Services

We provide intervention, assessment, counseling, screening, and referral services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These services are available to anyone who telephones, walks in, or requests the Crisis team to come to their home, school, or in the community.
