Utility Assistance
CCR’s Utility Integrated Point of Contact (UIPOC) program is an information and referral hotline dedicated to assisting individuals in resolving a home heating and/or energy crisis. UIPOC connects individuals who are struggling to pay utility bills with available resources.
UIPOC also serves as a single point of contact for the many governmental, private, and charitable funds available to address energy and other related needs.
There are no income guidelines to qualify for the UIPOC program.
