Butler County State Opioid Response Housing
The SOR program utilizes a Housing First and Permanent Supportive Housing approach, focusing on quickly connecting people to permanent housing options and then providing additional supports and services as needed.
CCR's Case Managers will assess initial housing needs and match participants with housing options that best support their recovery.
Requirements for All Participants:
Referrals must come from a certified DDAP provider.
Speak with a treatment provider for more details.
Must meet with a Case Manager weekly or biweekly, depending on housing status.
Must be in drug & alcohol counseling.
Must pay their portion of rent once that amount is established.

Connecting participants to treatment options.
Offering linkages to support services.
Advocating for the individual's independence in the community.
Promoting continued recovery.
Housing Services and Rental Assistance:
Assessing initial housing needs.
Matching participants with housing options.
Developing a housing stability plan.
Referring individuals to Butler County Housing Authority’s Supported Housing Options Program (SHOP) as needed.
