Center for Community Resources (CCR) was created in 2002 to provide assistance to the community through a single point of contact. Since its inception, CCR has expanded their service territory to include all counties in Pennsylvania. Visit our services map and click on the county to find out what services are available in your county.

We provide Pennsylvanians a choice for the supports and service coordination needed to make a positive difference in everyday lives. CCR connects people to a network of supports and services essential for actively learning, working, and living in the community.

CCR provides supportive services for individuals and families seeking information, referral, and service coordination. Areas include mental health, intellectual disabilities, substance abuse and other human service needs.

We work in collaboration with other human service agencies; identifying needs in the community and effectively responding to locate, coordinate, and monitor services.

CCR is a proud partner of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

CCR is proud to be recognized as a WQED Champion of Education!

CCR is also a great place to work! CCR has been voted a Best Place to Work in the Pittsburgh Region for seven consecutive years.

We are also a member of the Pittsburgh Business Times Leadership Trust.

Assistance is free and confidential regardless of religion, race, age, gender, or ability to pay.

We have helped thousands of people in need each year. The next person we’d be glad to help is you!
